SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Telegram under X session.
2. Look at system tray.
3. Hover mouse pointer on empty system tray area where Telegram icon should be visible.

OBSERVED RESULT
Telegram icon should be visible even if there is no unread messages.

EXPECTED RESULT
Telegram icon only visible if there are unread messages or if to hover mouse pointer in system tray area.
