Created attachment 127316 [details] Colour vary with pressure You seem to have opacity jump increase as well as size jump increase. Is the brush preset you're using one that varies size and opacity with pressure? It may be that your tablet/stylus is having pressure glitches or dropping the pressure signal totally, in which case krita may treat it a a mouse signal and apply maximum pressure. Which drawing tablet are you using? Can you download the attached brush preset 'b) Basic-2 Colour' and draw with that at a constant medium pressure after selecting a saturated mid-green as the foreground colour. It should give you a green line if you do that, with colour variations with pressure input variation. I suspect that you will see dark blue blobs if you use it.

I'm using basic-5 size opacity default preset, but the issue is with all brushes. In the scratchpad there isn't a problem. And the issue begin in the second or third stroke. I tested on others softwares and all works ok. - Which drawing tablet are you using? 2in1 laptop Samsung 9 pro. This is always a problem with the tablet driver, not a bug in Krita. Try switching between wintab and windows pointer api in krita's settings, resetting the tablets settings or reinstalling the tablet driver.
Those dark blue blobs are caused by a pressure signal spike that krita is getting from your Samsung 9 Pro. Your animated recording also shows a large position offset spike. (Most of the 'painting' brush presets use pen pressure to increase opacity or size in some way so that is why you see it on many brush presets. That Basic-2 Colour preset is designed to give only colour variation with pressure.) If you use the tablet tester (Settings -> Configure Krita -> Tablet Settings - > Open Tablet Tester), you'll probably see these in the record at the right as you draw on the grid at the left. Krita can only work with the signals that it is getting from your tablet/stylus arrangement, via the driver and the operating system. Also, there are very many people who are using 4.2.9 with many different types of drawing tablet with no problem at all. Hence Boud's Comment 6.

Switching to Windows Ink solved the problem, tanks Boudewijn!!!.
