SUMMARY In https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kdegraphics/okular/command-line-options.html we read that okular document_name#named_destination is valid. I found that okular --unique ./template.pdf#src:200./template.tex is valid and so src:200./template.tex is a named destination. I feel one should make the term named destination more specific. The example i found seems to be just an example: src seems to indicate that what follows refers to a source, here a tex file. 200 seems to be a line number and what follows is a tex file. It seems as if this is the same as given back in backward search to the editor. Is this true? STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 2. 3.
