SUMMARY
Watch the attached screen recording please.
System Settings only prompts to save/discard change after click on another section in side bar.

EXPECTED RESULT
System Settings should always show save/discard dialog when we try to leave a kcm with any unsaved change.

This is fixed in Plasma 5.22.

This bug persists, but currently it is not consistently reproducible and not all
KCMs are affected. watch the new screen recording please.

I cannot reproduce the behavior depicted in your latest screen recording with current git master everything. :/

Is anyone else able to reproduce it with current git master?
