STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. open system settings set to side bar view
3. click on "Bluetooth" section, switch to "Settings" above, click on "Bluetooth" again

OBSERVED RESULT
left half of System Settings is not rendered. See the attached screenshot.

cannot reproduce on Arch and neon unstable.
