SUMMARY

When using Huion 1060 Plus tablet, pen input often gets stuck in pan image mode.
To fix it, I have to click the hand button with the pen, then click the pen button with the pen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have pen pool selected
2. Use mouse middle click to pan
3. Release middle click
4. Use tablet pen to draw (note pen is selected in the left toolbar)

OBSERVED RESULT
Tablet Pen input pans the image

EXPECTED RESULT
Tablet Pen uses the selected pen mode

This usually get solved "automatically" when you reset your huion driver's configuration or reinstall the huion driver. You might also try to reset Krita's settings (see https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration). 

Please give that a try first: this is really unlikely to be an actual bug in Krita's tablet handling code.
