SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Boot Debian 10.3 Linux system 2. execute startx 3. Click on Application Launcher widget in lower left tray OBSERVED RESULT Sometimes flashes a menu, but mostly does nothing. Also tried Alt/F1 and also a menu flashes up momentarily on desktop. I can right click on the Application Launcher and the configuration menu does appear with "Edit Applications", "Configure Application Launcher...", "Alternatives" and "Panel Options" selectable and functional. However "Panel Options" -> "Configure Panel" also does not work. EXPECTED RESULT Application Launcher loads, and allows me to navigate it.
