SUMMARY
I'm configuring Kubuntu to have an osx like appearance. I was setting up Latte as my dock and wanted to pin different applications to it, was not able to.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Latte
2. Try to right click any icon on the dock

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens


EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu should open with several options.

This is your distro issue.
Either report it to them or build the app by yourself
