The picture shows the graph with a max value of 102%

SUMMARY
The Ksysguard System Load window will sometimes have the maximum value on the left hand side of te graph be 102%, when 100% is clearly the highest the graph can ever be.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Ksysguard be in windowed mode
2. Vertically resize the window so the scale changes.

OBSERVED RESULT
 At certain sizes the scale will be between 0 and 102 instead of 0 and 100

EXPECTED RESULT
The graph should always be between 0 and 100
