SUMMARY

adding a 3rd dock to the bottom of the screen makes latte start flickering
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a 3rd dock after having one on the left and on the top
2. it should create the new dock on the bottom
3. latte will start freaking out and you cant even remove the dock as the settings page is unusable since its flickering

OBSERVED RESULT

everything is flickering preventing me from using latte dock
EXPECTED RESULT
no flicker latte works as expected

1. works perfectly in my system with v0.9.10
2. what are you showing in the screenshot?
3. try also the git/master version to check if this is reproducible

it still happens in the latest git but the issue I think is because I'm trying to display latte dock on my non-primary display and I have a kwin rule forcing everything (including latte dock) onto my non-primary. I found this out because I notice that in the settings for the new pannel it was trying to put it on my primary but then kwin was forcing it on to the non-primary and that conflict is what caused all the glitching. also about the attachment, I sent the wrong one as I accidentally clicked the wrong screenshot when my computer was going "crazy" so you can just ignore that

ok.. it is your configuration then...

In v0.9.x you can still assign a dock/panel at an explicit screen but in order to give you that choice in Behavior page like master version is doing you need AT LEAST 2 SCREENS active. In master version that option is always shown in advanced settings even when only one monitor is active.
