QCA installation logs

SUMMARY

Strawberry Perl installation seems to mess with Craft.
(potentially due to priority in PATH var)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install strawberry Perl on a system in c:/Strawberry
2. Put Strawberry Perl directory at higher priority in Environment PATH var
3. Try installing qca through `craft -i qca`

OBSERVED RESULT

Craft fails to install qca

EXPECTED RESULT

Craft installs qca in CraftRoot
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10
macOS: x
Linux/KDE Plasma: x
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: x
KDE Frameworks Version: master
Qt Version: latest installed by Craft at the time (5.14?)
