This issue occured once on my system after I unselect all updates available, then I only selected 
two updates available and installed them. After Discover to install these two selected updates, "Terminal" entry became duplicated in "Update" page as we can see in the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
updates should never be listed twice in "Update" page.

In the case of blender, next time it happens can you check which blender-related packages are being installed?

We already try to de-duplicate some of them but clearly not hard enough.

This problem has not occurred on my system for a long time.
