I tried opening multi-volume zip in Ark and it works for me.

What Ark plugins are you using?

(In Ark settings, you should see various plugins in the "Plugins" tab: Bzip2 plugin, Gzip plugin, Info-zip plugin, etc. Please tell us what plugins have been selected.)

What format do you have in the file name?
I have not here my laptop but i Will put the plugins when I have .
pD with format I mean if it's xxxx.zip.001 and so on or is it xxx.001.zip or it is not a zip but a 7z(which works well for me) please give the full names of your multiple splitted zip so I can see if it's the same situation.

How about disabling "Libzip" and "Unarchiver" plugins and try again?

Disabling libzip fix the problem...
