SUMMARY There's really poor quality of the pen stroke using Lubuntu 19.10 and using a Parblo A609 Pen Tablet. Any random stroke suddenly isn't clean but can end up having a random stroke attack and create a really poor line. STEPS TO REPRODUCE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWIwyfA75PI I attach a video of the stroke results.
Can you please check Configure Krita -> Tablet Settings -> Tablet Tester. Do the artefacts appear there as well? Also do you use a repository version or the appimage? If you're not using the appimage, please try it.

Thanks for your comment! Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information.
Please try the appimage instead (https://download.kde.org/stable/krita/4.2.9/krita-4.2.9-x86_64.appimage) . We apply a lot of patches to Qt to improve they way Qt handles tablets.

Can confirm the quality of the line is greatly improved, however there still a very few artifacts on the stroke, but very few. It's much better line quality with the appimage binary.
Okay, then there is nothing we can do, other than recommending that distribution patch Qt.
