Could this be a translation issue?
Also possibly fixed in the 5.19 UI rewrite.

I've just tested this on 5.20.3 and it appears the UI rewrite did away with active/available categories. Riccardo/Yan are you able to test on 5.19 or later and confirm if this is still an issue or if this bug report can be marked as resolved.
