SUMMARY
kcm_notifications layout has too much margin in French and looks broken.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Run `env LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 kcmshell5 kcm_notifications`
OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
kcm_notifications displays approximately the same in French than in other languages.

Also note that:

- When playing with translations (tried to shorten some long ones), the window layout appeared like in 2nd screenshot, before changing back to the one seen in the first screenshot after 1 second or 2 (see gif attachment).
- With the broken layout of the French translation, going to the “Choose Custom Position…” or “Applications Settings”  screen then going back makes the scrollbar disappear for good, even though I can still scroll

So this may be an issue with Kirigami.
