Manifested by prolonged movement of the cursor with the mouse over objects or a list. 2. It appears during prolonged scrolling of lists, for example, a list of programs for installation. Very strange. From your screenshots, it looks like it happens to both System Settings and Discover, which means it's not an issue with either one specifically. Seems like it a graphics driver or VM configuration issue. I would recommend asking in a user support venue or filing a bug with your distro. Thanks!
