SUMMARY
when opening the System settings, the display of the settings window is normal.
But, when any icon is clicked, the font/letters get collapsed and disappear like the attached screenshot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kde system settings
2. Click on appearance
3. Click on bluetooth

OBSERVED RESULT
Letters are missing

EXPECTED RESULT
Letters defining what the option corresponds to should be there

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian 10
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:5.17.5

That's fixed in recent versions of Qt.
