Plasma Style font problem

Inside Settings in Global theme, Plasma Style and Application Style the names of items are looking distorted. This was not the case with 5.17, it's happening only after upgrading to 5.18.3, the same problem happens on desktop items with bad kerning.

Not sure if the new theme view is in Kirigami, but reassigning there, because the bug is not in the shell.
