here is the bug!

SUMMARY
dock getting bigger and smaller unnecessarily when system starts

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. at the beginning of OS starts
2. Or an application is open in minimized mode and focused but still scale up/down
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Dock panel scale up and down!

EXPECTED RESULT
it shouldn't scale up and down without any action

Linux/KDE Plasma:

there are fixes for this in v0.9.x branch...

you need to update to v0.9.9
