SUMMARY
Size of Date widget becomes bigger than usual on vertical Panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put Digital Clock widget on Panel
2. Make the Digital Clock Vertical on either side.
3. Increase the Panel size upto 64
4. Restart the System

OBSERVED RESULT
While setting up the Panel, the date looks normal whereas on restarting the system, Date size increase looking add

EXPECTED RESULT
Date size should remain normal even after restart.
