SUMMARY
KDE network login prompt works as notification and when notification expires, user only can either;
re-connect to same network to bring back a secondary prompt.
Or go to `http://networkcheck.kde.org/` manually from browser

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to network with portal
2. Wait until the "login?" prompt expires
3. Now you cannot login to portal if you don't know the url to do so

OBSERVED RESULT
Notification (prompt) expiring and not being able to activated afterwards

EXPECTED RESULT
Notification (prompt) to be able to activated even if it expires
