First input was on 12th March 2020. Will there be any answer and when?
(In reply to Harold Becker from comment #2) > First input was on 12th March 2020. > Will there be any answer and when? For at all I manage bug when I have time. It's a free software program so we work when we have time. So indeed we reply when we have time. It can take some weeks/months.
kmail 5.10.3 is very old. last version is 5.14.1 and it works fine here. Do you have "Automatically insert signature" checked in kmail->configure->editor-> general ?

Thank you for your information about response times. As recent messages of bugs where processed quite soon, I was not aware of this possible delay of weeks or months. Thank you for doing all this on a voluntary basis (so it is comprehensible that you are somewhat peeved by my comment)! It might be possible not to sent bug reports in future, due to the fact that a report might be unnecessary as a new version of the operating system (including add ons) is published before a bug is processed. Every found bug is a challenge to find a workaround (as support lasts).

When I can't I need more info and more time for understanding it. So please continue to report bug. Regards.
