SUMMARY
Vertical scroll bar is specially unnecessary in "FLAC encoder" and "Ogg Vorbis encoder" tabs, but the KCM should also be adjusted to eliminate horizontal scroll bar present in all tabs. Furthermore, scroll bars color change from grey to blue when I switch from "General" to another tab.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install kio-audiocd package
2. open system settings > multimedia
3. switch between the tabs

I can reproduce this issue with default font settongs, but I can't with Liberation Sans font.
