Created attachment 127584 [details] Screenshot of double entry for flatpak flathub and all packages are duplicated
Gnome Application Platform install issue seems to be resolved and is maybe irrelevant but the double entry for Flatpak repos and packages remains. It is not clear where the configuration for Discover is stored as there appear to be no config files?
Can you tell us what output you get from $ flatpak remote-list ? Maybe you really have the remote added twice...
The result I get is: flatpak remote-list Name Options flathub system flathub user linphone-origin user,no-enumerate So it looks like I have a config for user and for system. Which one should I try to remove? I'm not sure how this would have happened as the install of Discover was simply by Octopii which uses pacman then flatpak was added from Discover.
Removing (renaming to _flatpak) ~/.local/share/flatpak solves the problem so a single flatpak/flathub entry is shown in Discover settings. The question is how this user config was ever created?
Maybe you copied some text from the internet into your shell? In any case, closing as Discover's behaviour is correct. If you think it might have been Discover, we can look into addressing it.
