Created attachment 126691 [details] Screenshot of the issue SUMMARY Both kate and kwrite have a focus border around the main source text control. For me this looks really distracting and I would like to have the ability to disable the border completely. I know this might look different in different themes. And some people might like it. That is why I am proposing to make it configurable. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Kate or Kwrite OBSERVED RESULT Distracting border shown. EXPECTED RESULT No distracting border shown.
