SUMMARY
"Ok", "Apply" and "Cancel" buttons of settings window of every KDE app have an icon, Elisa is only exception that I have noticed so far.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Elisa
2. open settings window by pressing ctrl+shift+,
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
buttons on bottom without icon, screenshot attached.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Ok", "Apply" and "Cancel" buttons should have an icon like other KDE apps
