SUMMARY

Since an recently Manjaro update I have an issues with the locales, i.e. most strings are in English but not translated.
While besides that everything works fine, the "add language" popup has serious issues: It frequently pop ups and closes itself, creating heavy CPU load and makes it impossible to use it.
There's likely an issue with my system, however if in this case, the KCM should not behave like that.
