SUMMARY
Scenario: 2 Screen setup on a laptop. Laptop screen set as Primary screen, external screen set on right side.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have above described scenario
2. Have windows open on the Primary display (the laptop display)
3. Move secondary screen to the left

OBSERVED RESULT
All windows on the main/Primary screen are moved to the leftmost screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows to remain on the display they were on.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 31 KDE

KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.5
