SUMMARY

I would like add latte-dock to my look-and-feel theme, how to ?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. save "look-and-feel" with "latte-dock" in "look-and-feel explorer".
2. open another session without the dock.
3. try load "look-and-feel" previously saved.

OBSERVED RESULT
The interface change with the good position of panels or plasmoids but the dock it isn't launch

EXPECTED RESULT
The interface change and latte-dock is launch

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 19.10. 
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: KDE Plasma desktop 5.16
KDE Frameworks Version: KDE Frameworks 5.62.0
Qt Version: Qt 5.12.4

Feren OS Dev had done some work for this, the Feren OS Next supports this but I don't if it is supported by upstream Plasma. You can try to ask the Feren OS Dev.

this is now supported with Plasma 5.24
