SUMMARY
Not possible to export to local drive.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select some pictures
2. Select from menu Export | Export to Local Storage
3. No picture comes up in the export window

OBSERVED RESULT
Pictures not shown on the export window. Hence, exporting not possible.

EXPECTED RESULT
All the selected pictures should come up in the Export to Local Storage Window.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The version of digikam is 7.0.0 Beta 3. This problem exist only on Windows. No problem on Linux machine.

I am currently work on a Windows 7 machine. A quick test, the problem cannot be reproduced here. Selected images appear in the tools list.

It work fine too under Windows 10 here...

The "problem" could occur if you previously carried out a transfer, then minimized the tool and did not close it. When called again, the tool is only maximized, but the new items are not added. That would not be a mistake.

Dear Maik,

This is on my mistake.

The reason was that the pictures and MySQL are on the network. I 
couldn't setup the Windows correctly.

I am still learning digikam. Sorry for taking your time.
