SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 100+ updated, click "Update all"
2. Get notification "You have 4 new updates"
3. In Discover 3 uupdates appear - ALSA*

OBSERVED RESULT
Clicking "Update All" results with:
"Internal error Transaction did not go writing phase, but returned no error(0)"

Can you try clearing cache? Run:
1) sudo dnf clean all
2) sudo pkcon refresh force

Sorry, I can't test it as I had to reinstall the system since then

Thanks for your effort

(not related to KDE, Fedora upgraded my kernel and rendered my ZFS unusable)
