Can you share the .abr file?

Created attachment 126372 [details] Screenshot Okay, so it's not the file, as you can see from this screenshot.
Are you sure you're not working on a grayscale image? Could you also attach the contents of help->system information for bug reports?
It's a photoshop brush, hence the ABR file type, not an image. How do I change the color of the brush??? The screenshot isn't showing. The screenshot shows fine here. And you "change the color of the brush" by selecting a color in the color selector and then painting, like I did in the example screenshot.
Ok, again, the screenshot doesn't show here. You might try reading your screen. I tried changing the color through the color selector and that didn't work. If it had, I wouldn't have had to report the bug. Again, read the screen because someone OTHER THAN YOU is having an issue that YOU need to fix. I'm sorry your computer is so messed up that your browser cannot display a simple PNG file. As with your other bug reports, you fail to provide the information asked for, so I cannot help you: * Are you sure you're not working on a grayscale image? * Could you also attach the contents of help->system information for bug reports? You might have a problem, but it's more likely that your problem lies in misunderstanding how painting software in general works, than that you have found a bug in Krita, as with the other issue you reported. If you provide the information you are asked for, people can try to help you, if you don't nobody can help you.
My computer shows pngs just fine, that isn't the issue. Close this ticket so I don't waste anymore time. You haven't fixed the issue, you don't know how to troubleshoot and your customer service is highly lacking. I'm going back to Adobe, which is a product that actually works. And THEY can read. The file that boud attached can be viewed when you actually come to the bug report page. I think you didn't see it since you are replying via email. Anyway you can see the screenshot from here - https://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=126372 As you can probably see the brush does have color when used properly. We are trying to ascertain what is wrong with your installation and for that we are repeatedly requesting information and boud has also provided necessary steps to get that information.
