"Use" and "Update" buttons available, missing "Uninstall" button

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install an addon via ghns window
2. wait for update to be released
3. try to uninstall such addon via ghns window

OBSERVED RESULT
you can't because there is no "Uninstall" button when you hover over the addon.
As we can see in the attached screenshots, only "Use" and "Update" or "Update" and "Details..." buttons are available.

EXPECTED RESULT
we can uninstall an addon via ghns window even if there is a update to it available.
