I was unable to find `Fine Tuning` section in Widget Style or Application Style section.

I was unable to change `Menubar style` from settings.


I have included an image from some website:

I was using KDE NEON repositories on top of Ubuntu v18.04 bionic.

Linux: 4.15.0-88-generic #88-Ubuntu
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.1
