STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open plasma engine explorer
2. observe its icon in window decoration, task manager and task switcher (alt+tab)
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Icon in window decoration is different than the one in task manager and task switcher.

This bug occurs when global theme is breeze and plasma style is breeze dark.
