STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open user manager
2. change the state of both "Enable administrator privileges for this user" and "Log in automatically"
checkboxes on bottom
3. click on "Apply" button (password dialog shows up)
4. cancel the password dialog

OBSERVED RESULT
password dialog shows up again after the step 4

EXPECTED RESULT
password dialog should not appear again after being canceled the first time.

This is fixed in the Plasma 5.20 rewrite.
