SUMMARY
title in application style gtk has a blue gradient rectangle


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to systemsettings
2. click application style
3. click configure the style of the gnome/gtk applications
4. select the title at the top whit the mouse (application style -> style of the gnome/gtk applications
5. appears a blue gradient rectangle

OBSERVED RESULT
appears a blue gradient rectangle

EXPECTED RESULT
do not appears a blue gradient rectangle

I believe this is intentional and meant to serve as a hover effect.

The reason why there is a hover effect is so that it's clear that the user can simply click on "Stile delle applicazione" to go back the previous dialog.

You'll also find the same thing in the Notifications KCM if you click "Configure..." on the bottom.
