STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze
2. set Plasma style to Breeze dark
3. set task switcher to Large Icons
4. reproduce any crash to trigger drkonqi
5. open drkonqi and press alt+tab

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, drkonqi icon is barely visible in Large Icons task switcher.

EXPECTED RESULT
drkonqi icon should have better visibility.

Several problems here:
1. There is no appropriate colorful app icon in the Breeze icon theme for DrKonqi
2. DrKonqi is therefore using the `tools-report-bug` action icon as its app icon
3. The task switcher does not seem to be able to invoke the color-changing property of the icon (not sure if this is a valid issue though because apps should be using proper colorful app icons, not monochrome action icons).

Let's get DrKonqi a proper icon.

Yeah that now works for me too, which always would have been a KWin problem in the first place, not an icon problem.
