Confirmed on KDE Neon Unstable. Need a way to send the key press for Caps Lock like you can send Middle and Right clicks via the 3 dots top right. A workaround until a solution can be implemented is to double tap the shift key on the Android keyboard, that'll allow you to type in lower case. Not great, but it works.
