System Information

Soon after 5.18 was released I did an upgrade to check if it was already available to me. Some kde stuff was available so I updated and rebooted. After boot I checked and System Information said I didn't have 5.18 yet. So I waited a couple of hours and checked for updates, and indeed a bunch of 5.18 stuff was available, so I updated and rebooted. After checking again, System Information still thinks I have Plasma 5.17.2, but 'plasmashell --version' shows 5.18.0

Well that's weird. Seems like a Neon packaging issue.
