SUMMARY
Can't change fonts settings anymore since 5.18, i'm on KDE Neon
the "apply" button is never clickable.
if i don't force the font PPP to 96 my start menu and other KDE system settings stuff look like this: https://imgur.com/a/p44j9Gr

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the kde system settings
2. go to fonts
3. try to change any setting

OBSERVED RESULT
apply button does nothing, it is just grey and unclickable.

EXPECTED RESULT
to apply my fonts settings

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon
