emoji picker does not have a button to delete the recent ones

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open emoji picker 
2. go to recent 
3. observe emoji picker does not have a button to clear chronology 

OBSERVED RESULT
emoji picker does not have a button to clear chronology in recent

EXPECTED RESULT
emoji picker has a button to clear chronology in recent menu

Why do you want to clear the recently-used Emojis? What's the use case?

when there are a lot of emojis recently it can be difficult to find the right one, so after some time it can be useful to delete the emojis

It might make more sense to automatically delete the oldest ones after there are, say, 20 or 30 or 40 entries. Let's do that instead.

It's limited to 50 right now. It should be fine as is.
