Backtrace of plasmashell crash

SUMMARY
Plasma Shell and KWin started to crash after installing latest Neon updates. I fixed the KWin crash by changing to OpenGL 2.0 in compositor settings, which now allows me to manually restart it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Plasma

OBSERVED RESULT
The layout is normal and visible for a few seconds and then plasmashell and kwin crashes.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasmashell and kwin not crashing.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: KDE Neon 5.18
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0
Qt Version: 5.13.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-I am using Ubuntu LTS Hardware Enchantment Stack(HWE).
-Crash also happens in Wayland session.

Crashing in Decoration::Applet::PreviewClient::requestShowToolTip()

Are you using a non-standard window decoration theme?

Crash is in "applet window buttons" which afaik isn't from KDE.

I suspect you need to rebuild it after an abi break.
