SUMMARY
Telegram notification shows reply input even if preview is disabled.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Telegram Desktop
2. Disable Show message preview and optionally Show sender's name
3. Receive Telegram message

OBSERVED RESULT
Telegram notification with reply input is shown event. I think this input is not really usable since I do not know who sent a message and I also do not know contents of the message.

EXPECTED RESULT
No reply input shot be shown.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0
Qt Version: 5.14.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I know this is probably bug in Telegram, but when I was reading what's new in Plasma 5.18, I noticed that you submitted patch to Telegram to support reply in notification so I thought I would report it here.

Yeah, this looks like a bug in Telegram itself. They shouldn't expose a "Reply" action if you can't see the text that you would be replying to! Please report this to https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/
