SUMMARY
I tried to remove a flatpak repo in "Settings" page, Discover did not remove the repo and shown
the unhelpful message "Failed to remove the source <repo name>" (please see the attached screenshot).
Then I uninstalled the only package installed from the repo, tried to remove the repo again and removing was successful this time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a flatpak repo
2. install any app from such repo
3. try to remove the added flatpak repo in "Settings" page

EXPECTED RESULT
helpful error message explaining why removing failed
