Description me 2020-02-13 06:40:51 UTC
As my laptop has a 13" display with 3200x1800px I use the --scale option of xrandr to scale it down to 66% (2112x1188px).
I used to set this in /etc/sddm/Xsetup:
xrandr --output eDP-1 --mode 3200x1800 --scale 0.66x0.66

now with kscreen 5.18.0 these scaling factor is resetted on startup and once it configures a newly connected/disconnected (external) screen.

furthermore it would be really nice if the gui would allow to enter these scaling factor per screen
