Misaligned positioning setting.

SUMMARY
The positioning setting in desktop folder settings is misaligned. It only snaps to the correct position after resizing the window horizontally.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the desktop and select desktop settings.
2. Resize window horizontally to snap the setting to correct position.

OBSERVED RESULT
The positioning setting is misaligned until the window is resized.

EXPECTED RESULT
The positioning setting is aligned with layout and wallpaper type immediately.
