SUMMARY
Add a shortcut to switch the editor to and from vim mode

OBSERVED RESULT
I found no shortcut related to vim

EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcut like in kate Meta+Ctrl+V

this already exists `Ctrl+Alt+V`

and under Edit->Input Modes
