STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set display scale to 125% in system settings > display and monitor
2. restart Plasma session 
3. right click on notifications icon in systray, click on "Configure Event Notifications and Actions..."

OBSERVED RESULT
"Show in notifications" checkbox has a glitch that disappears on mouseover.

EXPECTED RESULT
no glitch

Humm, I can reproduce with the steps above but not if I open kscreen
running "QT_SCALE_FACTOR=1.25 kcmshell5 kcm_notifications".

ops, obviously I meant "...if I open notifications kcm..."
